TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Technical Specification of Implementation (TSI) - a document with a detailed description of the automation process. The document defines each step for launching the BERGER WMS automation system. Technical Specification of Implementation describes the following actions:
1. Development of the Requirements Specification: • Inspection of the automation object; • Development of technical and technological recommendations; • Development of the Requirements Specification for Berger WMS implementation; • Requirements Specification coordination with the customer; 2. Adaptation and testing: • Adaptation of the automation system; • Introduction of warehouse topology into the system; • Development and testing of the intersystem interface; • WMS assembly and testing; • Preparation of a set of technical documentation.
3. Implementation of WMS: • Installation of equipment; • Software settings; • Physical layout of the warehouse; • Personnel training; • Start of testing of WMS; • Configuring control algorithms; • Finalization of user documentation; • Commissioning of WMS. 4. Maintenance and support: • Maintenance includes actions to fix all detected errors in the current version of the system.
